Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation and deployment of the Austrian trade strategy and route‑to‑market
• Manage and oversee assigned activities; evaluate findings and identify opportunities to enhance quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Lead analytics and reporting with a focus on optimization and growth
• Responsible for commercial objectives and for the efficient and effective use of budgets
• Collaborate agilely within a dynamic team: rapidly implement measures, directly evaluate results and independently act on insights
• Develop and manage business relationships with external suppliers and agencies
• Maintain efficient and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (Field Force, Activation, Insights, Supply Chain, Area Categories, Legal)

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2–5 years of marketing or sales experience in an FMCG company
• Proficiency in German and English required
• Project management skills with a strong drive to deliver on time and in full
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Structured, organized, resilient, and a strategic problem solver
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Good commercial acumen and sound judgement
