Erste Digital GmbH in Austria is looking for a proactive professional to join the General Ledger product team within Group Finance & HR solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to support accountants, handle solution issues, and optimize processes.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary product teams, business and solution analysts, product owners, developers, users and stakeholders.
• Support accountants in the whole Erste Group with solution/error handling and bring optimization ideas to improve business efficiency.
• Establish a deeper understanding of business processes, user needs and requirements for business applications.
