GymBeam seeks an in-store content-savvy ambassador in Vienna to guide customers on nutrition and supplement choices. You will lead sales conversations, maintain product knowledge, and support daily store operations including checkout and webshop pickups.

The role emphasizes content creation, social media engagement, and event support, with a strong customer-oriented mindset and fluency in German and basic English.

What will your day look like?

• Providing expert in-store advice, assisting customers with product selection, and explaining key benefits;
• Actively leading sales conversations, listening to customer needs, and offering effective solutions;
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the full product portfolio to provide accurate recommendations;
• Ensuring smooth daily store operations, handling cash registers, card terminals, and webshop pickup orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store and warehouse;
• Assisting with event setup (on-site and off-site) and submitting daily reports to the store manager;
• Pursuing professional development through training and staying updated on new product trends;
• Creating engaging in-store content focusing on products, promotions, and customer experience (~20% of the role);
• Monitoring social media trends and quickly turning fresh ideas into actionable creative projects;
• Managing end-to-end content creation for GymBeam's channels to build a strong community.

Who are we looking for?

• Clean criminal record;
• Advanced knowledge in area of nutrition and supplements is a must;
• Passion for sport and healthy lifestyle is a must;
• Interest in content creation and social media;
• Skills in photo/video creation and editing;
• Creativity and ability to identify engaging content opportunities directly in-store;
• Experience in a retail sales environment is an advantage;
• Willingness to gain new knowledge in area of sport, health/food, nutritions in your free time;
• Strongly customer-oriented, communicative, helpful and positive personality;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Medium level of English and fluent German are a must.
