Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. With our fast‑growing cardiac ablation business segment and the recent acquisition of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients.

Reporting to the operating unit, this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab staff on the optimal use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System.

Yearly targeted salary starting from 47,000 € with willingness to market‑based overpayment depending on professional qualification and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories).
  • Provide in‑service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
  • Be an active participant in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
  • Play an active role in the planning and effective installation of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and efficiently collaborate with the technical department.
  • Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers.
  • Share clinical best practices with colleagues to continuously optimize customer experience.
  • Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to customers or other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular territory reviews in the account team with the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in regional and occasionally international congresses, symposia and workshops.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related scientific disciplines.
  • Ability to manage high‑stress situations with a clear problem‑solving mindset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel – operational area East and South Austria.
