Qualifikationen

• Degree with specialization in finance, management accounting, accounting, business administration or business informatics.
• Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in management accounting, finance, audit or consultancy is advantageous.
• Very good German and English written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel.

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a committed individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Your responsibilities:

• Analysing and interpreting the financial results of our business divisions
• Preparing informative controlling and management reports
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as budget and forecast processes
• Carrying out target-actual comparisons and variance analyses
• Contributing to capital expenditure (CAPEX) controlling and liquidity planning
• Supporting the further development of controlling processes and the introduction of modern financial and reporting solutions
• Collaborating on cross-functional projects, process optimisations and strategic initiatives
• Preparing ad hoc analyses and decision-making documents for management

Your profile:

• A degree with a specialisation in finance, management accounting, accounting, business administration or business informatics
• Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in management accounting, finance, audit or consultancy would be an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP, BI or consolidation systems would be an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong numerical aptitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
