Zusammenfassung

Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) is seeking a Master’s-educated AI researcher to develop and test resilient and trustworthy AI for applied research projects with industry and scientific partners. You will work on anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, federated learning, and reinforcement learning across manufacturing, electronics and energy domains.

The role involves designing experiments, translating findings into practical solutions, and contributing to publications while collaborating with SAL

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Conduct innovative research and investigate new approaches to address challenging scientific and technological questions.
• Analyse research questions, requirements, identify methods, and develop solutions with senior experts.
• Design, plan and execute experiments, simulations, and research activities and interpret results.
• Translate findings into practical solutions and contribute to development of novel technologies.
• Present results within the team, at conferences and with external partners.
• Contribute to publications, reports, reviews, proposals and documentation.
• Keep up with current developments and expand expertise through training and professional development.
• Build a strong scientific profile and strive towards recognised expertise.
• Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary research teams.
