Zusammenfassung

AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH is seeking an Accountant for a fixed-term role in Vienna to ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting for an international pharma group. You will manage daily entries, closings, tax support and asset accounting with a focus on data quality and process improvements.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 2+ years of experience, IFRS/UGB knowledge, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team . In this role you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial accounting, statutory compliance, and high-quality financial reporting within an international and growing pharmaceutical organization.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

• Managing daily accounting activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Preparing financial reports andassistingwith statutory audits and financial statements.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable activities andmaintainingmaster data. Managing fixed asset accounting and related reconciliations.
• Managing fixed asset accounting and related reconciliations.
• Supporting tax filings and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and legal requirements.
• Identifyingand resolving accounting discrepancies whilemaintaininghigh data quality.
• Contributing toprocess improvements, automation, and finance digitalization initiatives.

Our Qualifications And Experience
