Job Description

• Support, administration, and further development of IT applications in production and engineering environments
• Operation and maintenance of servers, interfaces, and connected systems
• Support in connecting manufacturing machines (network, certificates, communication protocols)
• Participation in digital projects related to manufacturing, automation, and smart factory initiatives
• Selection, implementation, and integration of new IT applications and tools
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues in 2nd-level support
• Creation of technical documentation, guidelines, and specifications
• Collaboration and coordination with external partners and internal departments

Qualifications

• Completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in administering Windows servers and technical applications
