• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Economics, or comparable field.
• 8+ years leading complex international IT programs.
• Experience with traditional, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proven release and go-live activities and governance.

Aufgaben

• Work at the interface between business and IT and drive process, systems, and data improvements.
• Lead and manage IT projects and programs through the full lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Support development and standardization of project management, release management and governance.
• Contribute to BPM initiatives and data governance, collaborating with internal units, partners, and stakeholders.
• Responsible for release and Go-Live management including governance and portfolio alignment.
