Lenzing AG invites experts for the role of IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in Lenzing, Upper Austria. You will bridge business and IT, driving continuous improvement across processes, systems and data structures, while leading IT programs through their lifecycle.

You bring 8+ years in multi-stakeholder IT programs, fluency in German and English, and strong knowledge of BPM, Data Governance and release management. Flexible working time and remote options are offered along with a company bonus system.

• Lead IT projects and programs across the full project lifecycle (scope, timelines, budgets, resources).
• Experience with traditional, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong scope definition, change control and risk management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead IT projects and programs across the full lifecycle, planning and monitoring scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Support development of project management, release management and governance standards.
• Contribute to BPM initiatives and process harmonization with internal units and external partners.
• Oversee release and Go-Live activities including Cutover and Hypercare with governance alignment.
• Support Data Management and Data Governance structures.
