Based in Klagenfurt, you will support our global customers in the area of parking software solutions. Depending on your interests and skills, we offer various key tasks. This is particularly about:

• Direct communication with our international customers
• Management and monitoring of technical customer concerns
• Advancing the solution and expanding the knowledgebase
• Analyzing technical problems - depending on your qualifications, you can solve them directly yourself or pass them on to 3rd level support

Your profile

• Ideally a completed technical education (HTL/University/FH) or professional experience in the IT environment
• Good communication skills in German and English
• High affinity for IT topics and technical understanding
• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Knowledge of Linux or SQL queries is an advantage
• Experience with SW tools such as Jira is desirable
