The Engineering Manager (f / m / d) acts as the bridge between developers, product delivery, quality assurance, and leadership to drive consistent delivery, continuous improvement, and career growth for team members.
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 60.000, (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours / week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
