• Strong leadership in global architecture teams.

In your role as IT CoE Lead Architect, you lead the global infrastructure architecture function and define the standards, principles, and governance that shape AT&S's technology landscape. You ensure that all infrastructure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap. Acting as the architectural authority, you drive solution design, govern technology decisions, and develop reusable infrastructure building blocks across the global organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Infrastructure Architecture team.


• Define and govern enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture standards.


• Drive solution architecture from concept through implementation.


• Establish and maintain reusable infrastructure building blocks.


• Ensure secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions.


• Govern architecture quality, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational readiness.


• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and exception management.


• Develop technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and standards.


• Align business, IT, OT, security, and engineering stakeholders.


• Act as the key architecture authority and escalation point.


• Represent IT Technology Services in technology assessments and supplier evaluations.


• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across the global IT landscape.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


• Extensive experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Infrastructure Architecture within complex global environments.


• Proven expertise in TOGAF, architecture governance, and technology standardization.


• Strong track record in defining reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and reusable infrastructure building blocks.


• Experience designing and governing hybrid cloud, data center, network, storage, and security solutions.


• Proven leadership experience managing and developing global architecture teams.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.


• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.


• Fluent German and business-fluent English language skills.


• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
