smaXtec animal care GmbH in Graz is seeking an Embedded Linux Gateway Developer to bring our IoT/LoRaWAN gateway products from development to reliable, scalable production.

You will work in a hybrid, international scale-up, collaborating with hardware and software teams, refining CI/CD, and building a robust fleet management system while enjoying flexible working options and the company benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must-have: Linux, Python, Git.
• Must-have education: Completed technical education (ICE, Informatics, Software Development) or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice-to-have: IoT infrastructure; Experience in firmware development in C.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain Linux-based LoRaWAN gateways.
• Refine and streamline the CI/CD pipeline for gateway development.
• Design, implement, and enhance a robust fleet management system.
• Work hands-on with both hardware and firmware development.
• Implement comprehensive unit testing and build test setups for product evaluation.
