Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies Austria, via KAI GmbH, seeks a motivated student to contribute to AI programs and organizational learning on a temporary, part-time basis. You will assist in developing AI culture, organizing workshops, and creating engaging content across the company.

You will gain hands-on experience in data science, digital transformation, and collaboration with researchers, while building learning materials and campaigns using Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a motivated student from Business, Psychology, Communication, Data Science, CS, Innovation Management or similar.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content and to create presentations and training materials.
• Hands-on experience with MS 365, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English or German.

Aufgaben

• AI program development: support AI culture and empowerment programs across the organization.
• Assist with organizing AI workshops, training sessions, hackathons and awareness campaigns.
• Create engaging materials including newsletters, articles, presentations and internal social media content.
• Build AI learning resources such as guides, playbooks and onboarding materials.
• Gather employee feedback, monitor AI adoption trends, and support communities and stakeholder reporting.
