Infineon Technologies AG is offering an internship in the Final Test area starting from January 2027 in Austria. You will support qualification of new products, product transfer, and readiness for production, contributing to test programs and analytics.

You will learn product technology, test procedures, and analytic tools; participate in improving test throughput and platform conversions, and assist with quality control while developing internal tools to shorten weekly reports.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science / Data Science / Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, Typescript)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Understand product technology, product characteristics, test program, electrical test and analytic tools.
• Responsible for test throughput improvement, test platform conversion.
• Drive and improve KPIs (NLoP, Yield, 1st Pass Yield, Rework, Test Time, Lot on Hold, Lot Reject Rate and OEE) to ambitious targets.
• Assist for outgoing quality control (NLoZD) to ensures products meet data sheet specifications and FAR corrective action
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, prototypes, or features for shorten weekly report
