A global energy drink company in Fuschl am See is seeking an intern to support their finance transaction and process development team. The role includes maintaining documentation, assisting in quality assurance, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates should be organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with project management principles. The internship is for a duration of 6 months with a gross salary of €2.165,00 per month.
This role is designed to provide hands‑on on‑site support to the Global Data Finance Transactional Data & Process Development team to help improve upon Red Bull’s worldwide finance process & transactional applications. The internship offers practical experience in financial data management and process improvement, contributing to a comprehensive end‑to‑end integration strategy. We’re looking for motivated support as of 2026 for a period of 6 months.
In this role you’ll maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports and project schedules as well as assist in preparing project progress reporting to stakeholders.
You’ll assist in development of test cases & execution of testing project deliverables to ensure they are met to project business scope statement specified approved requirements.
As an intern in this team you’ll support Business Integration Project Managers to coordinate tasks and activities to ensure milestones are met, which includes project plans, timelines, milestones and project updates.
During this internship you’ll provide general admin assistance to Finance Transactional Data & Process Development team members such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and managing correspondence. Assist with the preparation of project presentations & other materials needed.
