Corporate Services support, equip and help guide Council to deliver the Brisbane Vision through centralised corporate services and a customer‑focused approach.
Support Services provides Council's key support functions under a centralised model, ensuring efficient back‑of‑house operations so that more resources can be focused on front‑line service delivery. We provide a wide range of support to all areas of Council, playing a crucial role in driving operational success across the organisation.
As the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing process improvements and managing projects to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition services. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, research and analyse data, recommend and implement innovative solutions. This role involves managing change initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality. You will bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, strong project management and data analysis skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
