Our Branch

Support Services provides Council's key support functions under a centralised model, ensuring efficient back‑of‑house operations so that more resources can be focused on front‑line service delivery. We provide a wide range of support to all areas of Council, playing a crucial role in driving operational success across the organisation.

The Role

As the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing process improvements and managing projects to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition services. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, research and analyse data, recommend and implement innovative solutions. This role involves managing change initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality. You will bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, strong project management and data analysis skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

To be successful you will have:
  • experience delivering projects with strong skills in risk management, reporting, and providing recommendations for effective outcomes
  • strong analytical, problem‑solving, and delivery skills to provide creative process improvements using relevant tools
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence diverse stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • well‑developed written communication, including report writing and ability to produce a range of business documentation.
