Zusammenfassung

Scalable GmbH in Vienna is looking for an intern to support day-to-day operations in the International team, particularly covering the Austrian market. You will contribute to research, analyze marketing spending, and assist with client communication. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced Fintech industry.

The ideal candidate is studying towards a degree in business administration or a related field and has a strong interest in quantitative work. Proficiency in both German and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations in the International team, in particular covering the Austrian market
• Conduct deep‑dive research into local trends and competitor moves to directly influence our product roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze marketing spend and make recommendations for improvement and new partnerships
• Monitor KPIs on a daily basis, make suggestions for improvement and create reports for the International team
• Support the creation and optimization of client communication (emails, FAQs, landing page content, etc.)
• Contribute to ad‑hoc project topics, as required

Qualifications

• You are studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
• You have gathered first working experience as a working student or during internships
• You are available for min. 4 months internship
• You are proficient in data‑driven analysis and show a strong interest in quantitative work
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can prioritise tasks effectively when things move quickly
• You have concise verbal and written communication skills in German and English
