Zusammenfassung

TGW Logistics, based in Austria, seeks an Innovation Manager to shape the company’s innovation agenda. You will identify opportunities, evaluate them and develop business concepts aligned with customer needs and strategy, moderating processes and supporting idea generators.

You will build an innovation network across functions and partners, organize workshops, and present decision-ready concepts to committees.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies with a technical, economic or interdisciplinary focus
• Professional experience in innovation management, business development, product management, strategy or a comparable function
• Enthusiasm for innovation, market trends and new technologies
• Experience in facilitating workshops and coordinating stakeholders
• Analytical and solution-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication in German and English

Are you ready to drive innovation with strategic impact?

As an Innovation Manager, you will actively shape the innovation landscape of TGW Logistics. You will identify, evaluate and develop innovation opportunities based on customer needs, market trends and strategic corporate goals. By moderating innovation processes, supporting idea generators and structuring new business opportunities, you will create a sound basis for decision‑making for the future of TGW Logistics.

What you'll be handling:

• Management and continuous development of the company-wide innovation and ideation process
• Identification, evaluation and qualification of new innovation potentials based on customer needs, market trends and the corporate strategy
• Support of idea providers in the development of customer benefits, business cases and decision‑ready innovation concepts
• Conception, organization and moderation of workshops, innovation programs and co‑creation formats for the development of new business opportunities
• Support, qualification and structured evaluation of innovation projects as well as preparation of sound decision‑making bases for relevant committees
• Build and maintain a strong innovation network by connecting internal stakeholders and external partners and fostering cross‑divisional collaboration.
• Active participation in shaping the innovation culture at TGW as well as representation of the company at specialist events, conferences and innovation networks

What you'll need:

• Completed studies with a technical, economic or interdisciplinary focus (e.g. innovation management, industrial engineering, technology or business management)
• Professional experience in innovation management, business development, product management, strategy environment or a comparable function
• Enthusiasm for innovation, new business models, market trends and technological developments
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing different stakeholders
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to inspire people with new ideas
• Very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience.

The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 60.963 euros.
