Zusammenfassung

Palfinger is seeking an experienced Infor LN Finance expert to drive rollout projects and provide ERP support across international operations. The role emphasizes collaboration, project management, and ongoing knowledge transfer within a dynamic team.

The position could be based in Vienna as well as other Austrian sites. Requirements include 5+ years as an Infor LN financial consultant, a relevant degree, strong finance process knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infor LN Financial consultant with solid understanding of finance processes and their integration into Infor LN
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Infor LN environment
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• Business fluency in English and German, with willingness to travel up to 25%

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
• Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
• Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities
