You’ll partner with performance marketing to turn sourced content into compelling ad creative, while overseeing posts on brand channels and ensuring consistency with our values and customer mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, content management, or brand strategy.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
• Ability to judge influencer quotes/financials and evaluate ROI.

Aufgaben

• Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers based on brand fit.
• Negotiate collaborations and assess cost vs ROI.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and repurpose UGC for brand content.
• Coordinate with freelance creators for regular content across fitness, recipes, and lifestyle.
• Plan content buckets, campaign calendars, and creative styles.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to develop ad creatives from sourced content.
• Oversee social media posting and ensure brand tone across channels.
