Job summary

AT&S is a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards with plants in Austria, China, India, Malaysia and global sales offices. We are looking for an OT Security Specialist to shape the future of our interconnected world in Leoben, Austria.

You will design, implement and maintain secure infrastructure across our manufacturing landscape, translating policies into practical designs and coordinating remediation with engineering teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity or a comparable technical field.
• Hands-on experience securing and supporting industrial infrastructure or critical systems.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST or similar industrial cybersecurity frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure infrastructure across global manufacturing environments.
• Translate policies and standards into practical technical designs and procedures.
• Perform security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with teams.
• Support lifecycle management of manufacturing systems including hardening, patching, and access control.
• Implement cybersecurity capabilities to enhance visibility, monitoring and protection.
• Provide security expertise for projects and system changes and ensure proper handover.
