Zusammenfassung

Swisscom (Schweiz) AG is seeking a skilled professional to manage operations and incident resolution within Custom Managed Services. You will drive automation opportunities, participate in developing managed services, and apply strong expertise in Intune, Configuration Manager, Azure, and VDI.

Fluent in French and English; Swiss-based or remote work available. The role requires solid experience with Intune and ConfigMgr, plus Azure and modern desktop and device management practices.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience with Intune: design and architecture, configuration, update management, security and compliance, troubleshooting, issue resolution.
• Solid experience in Configuration Manager: setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in OSD, App Mgmt., Patching mgmt., Reporting and monitoring.
• Knowledge and experience in Azure, Security Baseline, Configuration Profile, Autopilot, Task Sequence & Software Update.

Gestion des opérations et résolution d’incidents Garantie du respect des services Identification d’opportunités d’automatisation des activités de support Participation au développement des « managed services » Solide expérience avec Intune : Design et architecture, configuration, gestion des mises à jour, sécurité et conformité, troubleshooting, résolution de problèmes Solide expérience dans Configuration Manager: Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
