ROCKEN® is seeking a Junior IT System Engineer for a role based in Zurich, Switzerland. The position focuses on IT administration, technical support, and maintaining stable IT infrastructure for customer environments.

You will provide both remote and on-site customer support, monitor and maintain IT systems, install and configure hardware and servers, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the administration and further development of Microsoft, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of IT administration and technical support.
• Good experience with Microsoft technologies, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Practical experience with IT system installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Category B driver's license for on-site customer support.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Ability to provide both remote and on-site technical support.

• Provide remote and on-site support for customer IT environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure.
• Install and configure servers, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operation.

• Provide technical support to customers at their locations when required.
