Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Group Reporting professional to join our Vienna team. You will contribute to group consolidation, manage Intercompany reconciliations, and support year-end audits while upholding high reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit support.
• Good understanding of IFRS standards and experience with financial statement notes.
• Hands-on exposure to year-end audit preparation and compiling audit working papers.
• Familiarity with group reporting software or ERP systems (LucaNet a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing within group consolidation workflows.
• Assist in drafting IFRS annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Execute Intercompany reconciliations to ensure proper eliminations.
• Support year-end external audits with schedules, documentation, and routine queries.
• Identify improvements to consolidation templates and reporting workflows.
