LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd. based in Dublin is seeking an AML Manager to lead the AML team and oversee investor onboarding, periodic reviews, screening, and transaction monitoring across the business.

You will manage a team of 10, coordinate with Luxembourg peers, drive risk controls, and partner with stakeholders on roadmap initiatives while ensuring high-quality AML delivery. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Business-related third-level qualification.
• 8-10 years' experience in fund administration, investor onboarding and financial crime compliance.
• Experience leading AML teams, managing complex escalations and cases.
• Completed professional qualification, such as CAMS, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Central Bank of Ireland inspection/audit experience preferred but not necessary.
• Client-facing experience.
• Change management experience.

Aufgaben

• Operational Delivery: Ensure strong control environment across investor onboarding, periodic reviews, screening, transaction monitoring and other tasks.
• Leadership & Team Development: Manage and coach direct reports, build the leadership pipeline, and implement structured training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior escalation point for team matters, maintain service levels and client satisfaction, and partner with stakeholders on roadmap initiatives.
• Audits & Inspections: Support ad hoc and planned reviews by regulators, internal audit, compliance testing, ISAE 3402 and other assurance activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and deliver improvements with regard to workflow design, technology and automation.
• Governance: Prepare and present management information where required.
