The role focuses on translating HR requirements into system configurations, coordinating with vendors and ensuring data integrity across HR processes.

The successful candidate will provide training, user support, and documentation while contributing to digital transformation initiatives within UNIDO’s COR/HRM

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing HRIS and HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
