The Brisbane Lions are seeking a passionate and hands‑on Hospitality & Events Manager to lead all hospitality and event operations for our world class elite sport performance facility, Brighton Homes Arena, in Springfield Central. This includes Roar Espresso café, player and staff catering, functions and match‑day hospitality.
This full‑time role reports to the Head of Venue within our Legal and Property team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our hospitality portfolio, delivering outstanding guest experiences, managing budgets and inventories, and building a high‑performing hospitality team aligned with the Brisbane Lions values.
This role offers the advantage of flexible rostering, aligned with the dynamic schedule of our sports and entertainment precinct. Due to the nature of our business, the ideal candidate must be available to work odd hours, including weekends. It is a hands‑on position with a strong focus on customer service, perfect for a motivated individual ready to embrace new challenges in a high‑energy, professional and rewarding workplace.
