TTTech Industrial Automation AG in Vienna is seeking a Manager to lead the HMI Embedded Linux development for our operator panel and computing platforms. You will own end-to-end technical and organizational success, build a high-performing team, and drive delivery with strong communication and leadership.

This role requires hands-on experience with embedded Linux (U-Boot, Linux Kernel, Yocto), modern AI-based tools, and international team leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux software development and related tools.
• Proven leadership in international/ intercultural teams preferred.
• Experience in software project management is a plus.

• Lead and develop the HMI Embedded Linux development team.
• Supervise Embedded and Embedded Linux software development activities and planning.
• Promote AI-based tool usage to improve efficiency and quality.
