Gebrüder Weiss GmbH is seeking an experienced Health & Safety specialist to support its western Austria operations from Tyrol to Vorarlberg. You will act as the main safety contact across locations, develop ISO 45001 improvements, and drive audits and trainings in a cross-regional setup.

You bring a technical or business degree, 2+ years in occupational safety, and strong communication skills in English. Travel frequently and collaborate with managers to foster safer practices across the

• Two years of experience in occupational safety or related management systems.
• Experience in establishing or managing ISO 45001 systems.
• Ability to conduct safety training and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advisory support on occupational safety for locations in western Austria.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal and external safety audits.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to improve ISO 45001.
• Deliver training sessions and safety briefings for staff.
• Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
