What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will implement Safety-Health-Environment and Quality (SHEQ) guidelines and targets to ensure and optimize the highest safety, health, environment, and quality standards across Austria, Hungary, and Serbia.
• In this role you will protect employees from accidents, ensure customer and facility safety, and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations for environmentally friendly operations.
• Also, you will optimize costs within quality control by improving product quality and deploying effective inspection methods.
• Leading and developing the cluster SHEQ team, promoting employee engagement and controlling the team's activities will be part of this role.
• You will introduce, maintain, and extend SHEQ management systems such as SCC**, EN ISO 14001, and EN ISO 9001.
• Under your responsibility will also be advising cluster management on SHEQ issues and implementing group projects within the scope of competence.

What Makes You Great

• Higher technical education (University or Technical College) with additional certifications (e.g., Safety and Waste Management Officer examinations) is required.
• You have at least five years of professional experience with general technical know-how in gases and relevant applicable laws.
• You provide excellent knowledge of technical processes and their risks, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Your profile reflects proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM, along with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• You have proven leadership capabilities, cross-border collaboration experience, and the ability to work with high independence and initiative.
