Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Microfluidics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microengineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading R&D teams and taking products from concept to market
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering background across mechanics, electronics, fluidics, and systems integration
• Ability to work in a startup/scale‑up fast-paced tech environment and blend strategic thinking with hands-on engineering

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the R&D roadmap aligned with AMF's strategy to industrialize microfluidics
• Lead design, prototyping, testing, and validation of microfluidic products and systems
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary R&D team
• Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term technology priorities
• Provide hands-on technical support to engineers and solve complex engineering challenges
• Drive products from concept to industrialization and production
