Head of Member Health Strategy & Planning

As a key member of the Member Health leadership team, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive health strategies that enhance member wellbeing, support financial sustainability, and align with our organizational vision.
  • Drive strategic planning, reporting, and governance across the Member Health division, ensuring our programs and initiatives deliver measurable value to members and the business.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to design and implement innovative models of care, respond to government reforms, and support the evolution of our health services.
  • Oversee key projects and support compliance activities, ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Represent HCF in key stakeholder engagements, including industry forums, government consultations, and provider partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in health strategy, planning, or a related executive leadership role—ideally within health insurance, healthcare, or a complex service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare trends, regulatory environments, and the challenges facing member‑focused organisations.
  • A passion for member‑centric innovation and continuous improvement.
