We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing for Australia and New Zealand – a regional marketing leader who blends hands‑on performance marketing with team leadership and strong commercial focus.

This is the senior marketing role in ANZ, is highly autonomous and focuses on team, and end‑to‑end ownership of the regional marketing engine.

You will lead a small local team responsible for demand generation, product marketing, events, content, and customer marketing across multiple healthcare software products. You will work closely with both the Chief Product Officer and the ANZ Managing Director to shape and deliver regional growth initiatives.

What this role includes:
  • Owning regional demand‑gen strategy and campaigns
  • Delivering go‑to‑market plans for new releases
  • Building landing pages, funnels and nurture flows
  • Managing events, content and customer marketing
  • Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and optimising performance
  • Operating with independence while aligned to global teams
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years in digital/growth/B2B marketing
  • Experience managing small teams or owning regional execution
  • Demonstrated results in demand generation, digital marketing, and pipeline creation
  • Strong hands‑on capability: campaigns, copywriting, landing pages, analytics
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands/products in parallel
  • Data‑driven and commercially minded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
