This Position Reports To
Global Head of FP&A, Robotics

In this role, you will be a key pillar in the FP&A organization, taking end-to-end responsibility for the Division’s Income Statement and working closely with company’s CEO and CFO. You will own the full P&L — from topline to EBIT — ensuring robust forecasting, insightful analysis, and transparency of business performance. You will develop and maintain consistent frameworks, models, and tools that support decision-making across Business Lines and geographies. You will also lead global commercial finance initiatives, closely collaborating with global sales & pricing teams as well as business line controllers to drive profitable growth. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will work closely with the CFO, Sales & Commercial leadership teams and Business Lines controllers.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

The preferred location is within Europe.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

  • Income Statement Ownership: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting for the full P&L, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Business Lines and Product Groups.
  • Performance Analysis: Drive root-cause and trend analysis for revenue, gross margin, and operational EBITA, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Commercial Finance Leadership: Support pricing team, margin management, and commercial decision-making; develop models that improve visibility on pipeline conversion, price and mix sensitivity and profitability.
  • Frameworks & Governance: Define and maintain with accounting team global frameworks for commercial finance, orders booking and margin reporting; ensure consistent application of accounting and reporting rules across Business Lines.
  • Process & Systems: Improve forecasting accuracy through standardized templates, driver-based models, and system integration.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to optimize performance, identify improvement actions, and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Qualifications For The Role

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with at least 10-12 years of international finance/FP&A experience, with strong exposure to corporate reporting and HQ/functional cost management
  • At least 5 years of FP&A income statement, budgeting, and forecasting experience, managing multi-billion global P&Ls, with prior involvement in spin-offs, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or major finance transformation projects being a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in finance systems and reporting tools, with solid knowledge of internal controls, and US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a trusted business partner, challenge stakeholders constructively, and work effectively in a fast-paced, transformational environment; fluent in English.
