Job Description

• Leadership of the Finance, Controlling, and Accounting department as well as the strategic development of these areas
• Management and development of the team to ensure efficient processes and optimal collaboration
• Responsibility for financial planning and budgeting for Anton Paar GmbH and its subsidiaries
• Oversight of liquidity planning and reporting to provide a solid financial decision-making foundation
• Implementation and continuous optimization of financial processes and tools in close collaboration with the process team
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of compliance & risk management
• Active involvement in financial projects to support strategic corporate goals
• Key interface between management and the holding company

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
• Several years of leadership experience in a financial management role
• Profound knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial management
• Excellent SAP skills (SAP FI CO) and experience with modern financial tools
• Strong leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a hands‑on mentality
• Fluent in German and English
