A leading hospitality group in Austria is seeking an experienced Head Chef for their HACCP production kitchen. The role requires overseeing a team of 10-15 staff, ensuring excellent food quality, and managing kitchen procedures. We currently requirean experienced Production Kitchen Haed Chef to manage and control of our HACCP production kitchen. Our HACCP production kitchen provides services to exclusive airline and cafe catering contracts locally and nationally
We require a full time Head Chef with the organizational experience and knowledge to implement systems within a HACCP kitchen and overseeing a team of 10-15 staff
The successful applicant will need to :
Be able to produce contemporary and excellent food quality
Be qualified and have previous success in similar production kitchens, catering and function venues
Experience with HACCP procedures
Maintain procedures and daily schedules
Provide a high level of customer service
Lead the kitchen staff with cleanliness of kitchen and associated area
Work positively and co-cooperatively with all team members
Be flexible towards roles and task
Exhibit a strong team work ethic
