Zusammenfassung

FenX AG is seeking an Admin, Operations & Finance Manager to support growth and professionalization. This role reports to the CEO and acts as the operational backbone across finance administration, HR administration, office operations and governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations/finance, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and fluency in English and German. Experience in an SME/startup environment is a strong advantage.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in operations, administration, finance administration or business operations.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience in an SME, startup, or technology-driven environment is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Own cash planning, liquidity forecasting, and accounting coordination.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, KPIs and the company financial model.
• Develop forecasts, cash runway scenarios, and financing plans.
• Full ownership and independent management of year-end closing.
• Partner with the CEO on financing, hiring, and investment decisions.
• Coordinate grant management, reporting, and project tracking.
• Manage recruitment administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee contracts, payroll, and HR administration.
• Support contract management and legal follow-up.
• Coordinate office operations, facilities, insurance, and service providers.
• Leverage digital, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
