Qualifikationen

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Identify & manage long‑term changes driven by supply side (production sites, lines, processes or plasma origin), demand side (new countries, business types), and product lifecycle like new formats, phase‑in/phase‑out or medical devices
• Assess implications of these long‑term changes and develop clear action plans
• Act as the single point of contact within Supply Chain for the lifecycle coordination and cooperate with Sales & Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Production and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth planning and effective transition into execution
• Monitor roadmap for product lifecycle projects, provide status and escalated risk or delays to relevant stakeholders
• Gather, investigate, and analyze information to support decision‑making (supply continuity, cost impact, supplier data etc.)
• Serve as the process owner for lifecycle coordination, defining roles, responsibilities and governance standards
• Integrate product lifecycle topics into the group’s monthly Sales & Operations Planning process

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning or Product Lifecycle Management
• International experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical area
• Fluent skills in Business English (oral & written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge on automation applications is a plus
• Experience in Project Management and SAP is desired; knowledge in advanced planning tool like Kinaxis is a plus
• Organizational agility, analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and solve problems

Enjoy these attractive benefits! The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4 270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full‑time).
