The aim of the Graduate Program is to offer young talents an experience within the Group to acquire the skills they need to become managers abroad. Since the launch of this program in 2014, more than 80% of the graduates are now participating in a management position and have joined the Newrest adventure.
Basic training and multiple tours on our NightJets
Get to know all key departments and participation in training sessions
Learning the basics in railway operations
Contact person for our digitalization and optimization projects
Independently developing processes and improving internal workflows
Collaborate closely with Operations Planning and IT to ensure seamless integration
Assisting in the organization of operational training courses
Create internal training materials in collaboration with ÖBB
Document and actively contribute to functional meetings
Provide regular on-site support and expertise across branch offices and operational locations
Supporting the analysis an optimization of next-generation trains in close working groups with the ÖBB
