Zusammenfassung

AVL GmbH in Austria seeks a Senior Group Treasury Manager to strengthen the group’s financial resilience. You will identify and manage group-wide risks, design financing and risk mitigation strategies, and advise international subsidiaries on treasury topics.

In this role you will lead liquidity planning, develop hedging and funding solutions, collaborate with banks and partners, and drive digital treasury initiatives across the AVL Group to ensure efficient treasury operations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed Education with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Treasury or international finance.
• Proven expertise in Group financing, liquidity management, FX and guarantee management, and digital treasury processes.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS; experience with treasury systems (e.g., ION Treasury) and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Experience on international projects and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Identify, assess, and manage Group-wide financial risks, focusing on liquidity, interest rate, and FX exposures.
• Support international key customer projects and tenders with FX risk management, guarantees, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement hedging strategies for entities, projects, and the AVL Group.
• Contribute to treasury projects and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, international AVL entities, banks, and financing partners.
• Advance liquidity and guarantee planning, and treasury reporting.
• Drive enhancement, optimization, and digitalization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and interfaces.
