Responsibilities

COUNTRY SUPPORT

You’ll support colleagues in the countries with the yearly Business Planning process and share best practice examples to inspire impactful work. At the same time, you’ll continuously challenge the countries to strive for constant improvement and push boundaries.

You’ll drive 360° initiatives around key Athletes, Teams, and milestone moments, collaborating closely with local markets. You’ll also develop and deliver marketing concepts, trainings, and unique stories, while pushing innovation and launching new technologies that take Athlete and Team Marketing to the next level.

ATHLETE AND TEAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

You’ll shape the global Red Bull Athlete portfolio, ensuring an efficient program through smart planning and proactive scouting. You’ll secure partnerships with the right Athletes and Teams — from global icons to nationally relevant personalities — and guide countries in building strong local portfolios, supporting them year-round and during the Business Planning process.

Key Contact For Other Departments

You’ll be the key point of contact in the Athlete and Team department for partners like Media Network, Brand Marketing, On Premise, Off Premise, and more. You’ll ensure a smooth information flow across these teams to define the most effective and impactful use of Red Bull Athletes and Teams throughout the company.

TRAINING

You’ll train and coach country colleagues on key Athlete and Team Marketing topics, ensuring seamless information flow and keeping teams perfectly equipped, skilled, and up to date.
