Zusammenfassung

SWARCO AG is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join the ITS division in Tirol, Austria. You will co-manage international tax matters, lead transfer pricing, and partner with the CFO and global finance teams to shape tax governance across the group.

In this strategic role, you’ll design and monitor the global transfer pricing model, ensure CbCR and Pillar Two compliance, and drive digitalisation within the tax function while supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of international taxation experience, especially transfer pricing.
• Strong expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, and financial reporting (IFRS/local GAAP).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Co-manage and oversee international tax matters across the ITS Group.
• Act as the central point of contact for subsidiaries on transfer pricing matters.
• Design, maintain, and monitor the global transfer pricing model, including analyses and documentation.
• Support group companies in drafting intercompany agreements, SLAs, licenses and cost-sharing models.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regs including CbCR, DAC6, Pillar Two, withholding tax and tax registrations.
• Prepare internal and external tax reporting and enhance reporting processes and KPIs.
• Calculate current and deferred taxes with Accounting and Controlling teams.
• Prepare, maintain, and review tax and transfer pricing documentation with a centralized policy framework.
• Support tax audits and advise on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives within the tax function.
