Lam Research Salzburg GmbH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for local and international roles within a fast-paced, global HR environment. This on-site/hybrid role supports hiring at a leading semiconductor equipment company in Austria.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates globally, prescreen, interview, and assist with onboarding, employer branding, and career fairs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated success generating candidates through direct sourcing methods.
• Experience in recruiting technical positions (local and international) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives.
• Source local as well as international candidates.
• Prescreen incoming applications.
• Complete phone screens.
• Organize interviews (virtual and on-site).
• Guide both the managers and the candidates through an efficient recruiting process that keeps the candidates and the manager engaged and satisfied.
• Track all candidates through the candidate tracking system.
• Use sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for recruited positions.
• Provide frequent updates on status of different recruiting initiatives to Human Resources and Managers.
• Support onboarding and assimilation of new hires.
• Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs at schools/universities.
