Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability within dynamic organisations.
• Proven leadership of complex sustainability programmes in corporate, infrastructure, consulting, or investment environments.
• Strong knowledge of climate change mitigation/adaptation, energy and environmental topics; familiarity with carbon accounting (GHG Protocol).
• Experience with implementing business & human rights standards (UN Guiding Principles, ILO) is a plus.
• Knowledge of non-financial reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) and regulatory trends (EU CSRD/ESRS).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Adaptable and solution-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent in project management with ability to coordinate and track progress.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of TiL's Sustainable Development agenda across functions and terminals.
• Embed sustainability principles into day-to-day operations and strengthen governance frameworks.
• Develop and deliver sustainability initiatives focusing on climate adaptation, decarbonisation, energy transition, and social impact.
• Lead engagement with terminal management, corporate functions, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee environmental and social workstreams, including due diligence for acquisitions and developments.
• Coordinate CSRD/ESRS disclosures and sustainability reporting.
• Prepare Board papers, strategic reports, tender submissions, and shareholder communications.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
