Job summary

TROGROUP GmbH is seeking an SAP PP/QM Solution Architect & Functional Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management implementations across international sites. You will design production planning and quality processes, configure MRP and capacity planning, and ensure smooth integration with MM/WM/EWM/SD/CO.

The role requires several years of SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP (MRP, production planning, capacity planning, BOMs, routings) and SAP QM (inspection planning, quality inspections, notifications and certificates).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management and shop floor processes.
• Experience with cross-module integration (MM, WM/EWM, SD, CO) and interface technologies (IDoc, XML, EDI).
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented, communicative and comfortable working with international teams and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Design and optimize production planning, manufacturing and quality processes across SAP PP and QM.
• Configure and enhance key areas such as MRP, production orders, capacity planning, inspections, quality notifications and traceability.
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, CO and shop floor systems.
• Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive testing, cutover and hypercare activities.
• Support productive systems and continuously improve manufacturing and quality processes across international sites.
