HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH seeks a Global Process Expert for Production & Production Planning (SAP PP). You will drive standardized planning processes, connect business and IT, and lead digital transformation across a worldwide network.

You will shape scheduling, capacity planning, and shopfloor execution while improving master data and enabling AI-enabled improvements with global teams. English proficiency required.

Qualifikationen

Several years of operational experience in production planning.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP PP and production execution processes.
Experience with finite capacity planning and detailed scheduling.
Ability to analyze complex planning requirements and identify improvements.
Interest in AI-enabled planning and digital transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and Business English proficiency.

Aufgaben

Drive global standards for production and production planning across divisions and plants.
Shape planning excellence including rough-cut planning, detailed scheduling, and capacity management.
Lead digital transformation with SAP PP enhancements, APS solutions, and MES integrations.
Enable continuous improvement by evaluating AI-driven capabilities with local and global teams.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and collaborate with IT.
Build global capability through user training and knowledge sharing.
