Zusammenfassung

ABB is seeking a Global Sales Communications Specialist to shape clear messaging for the global sales team, turning complex topics into usable messages and plans. You will coordinate across R&D, Legal and Marketing to ensure consistent communications and impactful content for strategic updates and events.

You will work onsite with 8 home office days per month, collaborating with international stakeholders and leading campaigns that support business transformation and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales communication or a role driving sales performance.
• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment within sales for an industrial or machine automation-oriented organization.
• Proven experience in communications, copywriting and creating compelling presentations, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear messages.
• Experience in driving communications plans and campaigns, ideally in an international environment with global stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Structured and well organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage several topics in a fast-paced environment; strong stakeholder management and independence with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
