Zusammenfassung

INNIO is seeking a scheduling professional to create and manage project and manufacturing timelines for gas engine and power plant projects in Austria. You will coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to align milestones and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Engineering or business, at least 3 years of Primavera scheduling experience, and strong MS Office and English skills. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or in a commercial area.
• min. 3 year professional experience scheduling in P6 Primavera.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; and ability to work in a team.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Excellent MS-Office skills.
• Excellent English skills; German is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Create, maintain, and monitor project and manufacturing schedules for gas engine and power plant projects.
• Self responsible coordination and alignment between internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support project management in meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Report and present progress and deviations to management.
